He has spoken all over the world including two world Scalar Medicine Conferences as well as the Orthomolecular Conference in San Paulo, Brazil.
Warren has collaborated with medical doctors, top scientists, electronics experts, and biologists in the areas of longitudinal scalar wave generation, pulsed magnetics programming, radionics, and other forms of frequency programming, which lead to the use of ultra-high energy light compounds.

Chief Executive Officer
